Anchored in Faith: Trusting God in Uncertain Times.

Life often brings moments that leave us feeling unsure and unsteady—those seasons of waiting, wondering, and searching for clarity. During such times, it can feel as though we are standing in the middle of a storm, unsure of which way to turn.

But there is hope.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

This verse reminds us that even when life feels uncertain, God’s guidance is unwavering.
Trusting Him does not require us to have all the answers; it simply asks us to let go of control and lean on the One who sees the bigger picture.

God’s Promises in Action
A few months ago, I faced a season of uncertainty in my own life. I didn’t know how things would unfold, but I made a decision to surrender my fears to God. Day by day, I experienced His peace. Doors I never expected began to open, and I was reminded that His timing is always perfect.

Allow Me to Share some Practical Steps to Strengthen our  Faith:

Pray Constantly: Pour out your heart to God, and let His peace fill you.

Immerse Yourself in the Word: Seek His promises in Scripture. They are a light in the darkest of times.

Find Strength in Community: Surround yourself with believers who can encourage you.

Worship Through the Wait: Praise Him, even in the unknown. Worship transforms worry into trust.

✨The storms of life will come, but we have an anchor that holds firm—faith in a loving and faithful God.

Today, I encourage you to trust Him more deeply and allow Him to guide your path.

Let's Pray 🙏
Lord, help us to lean not on our understanding, but fully trust in Your perfect plans.
May we always be reminded of Your faithfulness in every season.

AMEN 🙏

Though it tarries...

Have you ever waited for something for so long and then gave up and soon after you were *done with that* what you had waited for  for so long comes to pass and then you scold yourself for not being patient enough? Well that has happened to the best of us. Where we give up too soon and regret later. I have been there for most of the past few months (close to one year) where I had got to the point of giving up on getting a new job. I have prayed, cried..... prayed ........ cried some more and then I told God  I do not have the strength to do this anymore! ...and there just when my own strength had faded He came through in a most amazing way!! someone I had worked for on a volunteer basis called me back in what I can only say was at the nick of time! My encouragement to you and myself this day is that no matter how many times we feel like throwing in the towel, to just wait a little longer. for the Bible says in Habakkuk 2:3 For the revelation awaits an...

I went through the motions happy, excited, sad, depressed and every thing in between the tow extremes. But the 3 things that remained constant during 2015 were: 1. God of the Mountain is still God in the valley. 2. Family will always stick by you no matter what. 3. Friends , good friends will make the journey much more easier. My Prayer as we welcomed the new year was: "Oh Lord, may 2016 be kinder, May I get a new lease to life and a job" And What Did the Lord do? He surprised me with a Job I had not even Applied for!!! We do serve the God of the Impossible!!!! this job came through a friend who referred me to my now Boss and the random thing is that I was the one who told him about the job he is in currently and now we are colleagues again in a different Organisation.. How C...
