2010

This new year for me started with promise.I have been waiting to go to college ever since i cleared high school in November 2007. It has been a long journey filled with dashed hopes and despair and even at some point i almost gave up. One thing however that always stuck was the Lords Faithfulness. In His word He promises to make everything beautiful in His time. 2010 is BEAUTIFUL!
On 16th January i received a call from Zetech asking me to collect my admission letter. WOW if ever there was a moment filled with sooo much Joy, gratitude to God and shouts of Jubilation- it was that one. i was so happy and Thankful to God that He had fulfilled His Promise to me.
Unfortunately...or not... i was unable to attend class on the first day since i didn't have my school fees. Here another Miracle happened.
In 2009,my supervisors Dave and Lucy had asked me to help in writing an article on the water shortage we were having(am sure you all remember that period). This article was for a water company in the U.S. long story short, it earned some money and i used it to pay my first fee installment which enabled me to start class- Diploma in Mass Communication!

I have tasted and seen that the Lord is Good and that His mercies are new every morning.
Have Blessed year and Keep close to God, He will keep close to you.

NEW YEAR , NEW THINGS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES #2016YAY

‪#‎ LongPostAlert‬ ‪#‎ ThanksgivingReport‬ . Last year was one i would refer to as  ‪#‎ Bittersweet‬ . Why? you may ask... Half the year was great, the other half was not soo great. I went through the motions happy, excited, sad, depressed and every thing in between the tow extremes. But the 3 things that remained constant during 2015 were: 1. God of the Mountain is still God in the valley. 2. Family will always stick by you no matter what. 3. Friends , good friends will make the journey much more easier. My Prayer as we welcomed the new year was: "Oh Lord, may 2016 be kinder, May I get a new lease to life and a job" And What Did the Lord do? He surprised me with a Job I had not even Applied for!!! We do serve the God of the Impossible!!!! this job came through a friend who referred me to my now Boss and the random thing is that I was the one who told him about the job he is in currently and now we are colleagues again in a different Organisation.. How C...

Anchored in Faith: Trusting God in Uncertain Times.

Life often brings moments that leave us feeling unsure and unsteady—those seasons of waiting, wondering, and searching for clarity. During such times, it can feel as though we are standing in the middle of a storm, unsure of which way to turn. But there is hope. “ Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6 This verse reminds us that even when life feels uncertain, God’s guidance is unwavering.  Trusting Him does not require us to have all the answers; it simply asks us to let go of control and lean on the One who sees the bigger picture. God’s Promises in Action A few months ago, I faced a season of uncertainty in my own life. I didn’t know how things would unfold, but I made a decision to surrender my fears to God. Day by day, I experienced His peace. Doors I never expected began to open, and I was reminded that His timing is always perfect. Allow ...

Positioned in Goshen – A Place of Provision and Protection.

Genesis 45:10-11 You shall live in the region of Goshen and be near me—you, your children and grandchildren, your flocks and herds, and all you have. I will provide for you there.  The story of Goshen is a powerful reminder of God’s faithfulness, provision, and intentionality in the lives of His people.  When famine swept through Egypt and surrounding lands, Joseph invited his father Jacob and the rest of their family to move to Goshen. This wasn’t a random choice. Goshen was fertile and well-suited for their flocks, and it symbolized God’s ability to sustain His people in times of crisis. Goshen: A Place of Refuge Goshen wasn’t just a geographical location; it was a place of divine positioning. While the rest of Egypt was ravaged by famine, Goshen flourished. God used this place to shield His people, providing them with abundance and protection while fulfilling His promise to make them a great nation. In life, we too experience seasons where we find ourselves in a...
