There is a song I cannot seem to get off my mind. It's called Even here by Beka Dawn Ft Allan Sucre. The Year is the 2nd Month already! Time sure does fly by quick! For some of us This Year has started out great, and I also know that for some others, it has not been a smooth Year this far.. This Season I have been thinking the words from the Song ' Not Forgotten' by Israel Houghton & New Breed. I am not forgotten I am not forgotten I am not forgotten God knows my name. He knows my name. Many of us when a Year ends, and we have not achieved what we had aspired to at the beginning of that year, we tend to think that God has forgotten us. Faith sometimes is a Word I do not know how to define. There are times I want to go with the Definition in Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.(KJV) Because it is indeed Seeing things that are not yet here. Seeing dreams come true Seeing myself fulfilling my purpose and finding my path in this road to life. BUT There are those days when I simply cannot put meaning to Faith , this is especially when things just do not work out. When I have applied to several companies and have not got a call back or Job offer, When I have  had to drop out of a school just when am at the halfway mark because I do not have school fees, When I have had to go without even the simple pleasures of life just because I cannot afford to spend an extra coin, or even have a coin to spend...   This year I look forward to growing Spiritually. I was going through some stuff and I came across the "Four Spiritual Laws" Booklet. it is a great #Evangelism Tool There is a very good Acronym for the word GROWTH  G - Go to God in prayer Daily (JOHN 15:7) R - Read God's Word daily (ACTS 17:11) O -  Obey GOD, moment by moment  (JOHN 14:21) W - Witness for Christ by your life and words (MATHEW 4:19 and JOHN 15:8) T -  Trust GOD for every detail of your life (1st PETER 5:7) H -  Have God control and empower your daily life and witness        (GALATIANS 5:16, 17 and ACTS 1:8)   Blessings

Have you ever waited for something for so long and then gave up and soon after you were *done with that* what you had waited for  for so long comes to pass and then you scold yourself for not being patient enough? Well that has happened to the best of us. Where we give up too soon and regret later. I have been there for most of the past few months (close to one year) where I had got to the point of giving up on getting a new job. ‪#‎ LongPostAlert‬ ‪#‎ ThanksgivingReport‬ . Last year was one i would refer to as  ‪#‎ Bittersweet‬ . Why? you may ask... Half the year was great, the other half was not soo great. I went through the motions happy, excited, sad, depressed and every thing in between the tow extremes. But the 3 things that remained constant during 2015 were: 1. God of the Mountain is still God in the valley. 2. Family will always stick by you no matter what. 3. Friends , good friends will make the journey much more easier. She sings a new and different sound from what we have known her for ( #Trap) set to appeal to her  younger audience. However the song has been received mixed reception.
